Welcome to the Department of Pulmonology
The Department of Pulmonology at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) deals with the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases of the lungs, pulmonary vessels, respiratory tract, mediastinum, and pleura.
As a competence center for all questions regarding the lungs, we offer comprehensive diagnostic and treatment options for inpatients as well as outpatients. We combine academic interdisciplinary excellence with consistent patient-oriented care. We want to work together with our patients and their families so they are able to understand and sort the medical information regarding procedures and treatment.
