This project is set up in collaboration with our industry partner Bio-Rad Laboratories and aims to benchmark the Genesis Single Cell Isolation System for CTC enrichment and enumeration, comparing the platform performance across 5 academic sites. Involved ELBS partner institutes include the University Hospital of Montpellier (CHU), University Medical Center Düsseldorf (UKD), the Institut Curie, the University of Athens (UoA), and the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE).

This project is currently being initiated and will be tailored towards proficiency testing, establishing an EQA scheme, and supporting the participating academic sites with the required data to apply for ISO15189 certification (if desired).
