Practical Information

We ask our patients to bring a valid physician’s referral for outpatient appointments and a referral for hospital admission for inpatient care for each quarter. Equally important are the medical reports and findings, x-ray images, MRTs, and CTs (on CD if possible) from your examinations or from other colleagues.
